Highlighted by material from the personal secretary to Christy Walsh, the collection has Signed Babe Ruth 8 x 10 photos, a Spectacular signed candid photo of Lou Gehrig in the dugout in 1927, Babe Ruth’s Baseball Books one of each volume both signed and inscribed. Separate signed 8 x 10 photos by Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. Terrific signed Ruth check for the Purchase of Tickets from the New York Yankees. Loads of single signed balls, bats and jerseys, vintage tobacco cards, sports and non sport cards, etc. From a Single owner collection, vintage Sports Posters, Documents, Ephemera and much more. From the “Walsh” collection folders loaded with documents relating to the 1939 World’s Fair Sports Project, Personal Tax papers from Babe Ruth and His Wife, Negatives taken of the Yankees of that Era. Rare Christy Walsh Film Lobby cards, Presentation Football Humidor from Walsh to his secretary and much more. We will have historical memorabilia as well including a White Dress Shirt worn by JFK for his inauguration as President. The Comic section will Feature more original art from the Joe Kubert Estate, a Collection of Original 1950’s Pulp and Paperback Covers, great comics both graded singles and group lots.
